  • For Razorpay transactions, please ensure the UPI or card details are accurate and the linked bank account is active.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship products across India. Delivery timelines will be communicated during checkout and may vary based on location.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID for your order.
  • Shipping fees may apply unless specified as free shipping. Tranquil is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is defective or damaged. Items must be in original condition with tags intact.
  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days upon approval of the return.
