1. What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Sale or discounted items can only be returned if they are defective or damaged.
2. How can I initiate a return?
Please email us at tranquiilkolkata@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
3. How long does it take to receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10-12 business days. If the payment was made via credit card, your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
4. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective product?
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us at tranquiilkolkata@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
6. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Use this number to monitor your delivery status.
7. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, major credit and debit cards, as well as net banking. If you encounter issues during checkout, feel free to reach out to us.
8. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
To change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at tranquiilkolkata@gmail.com. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
